What is Apply Now?

Apply Now is a fast, easy way to accept online applications from your applicants.

1. The applicant clicks a button or link on your website to fill out an online application to your community.
2. The online application appears in your "Recent Leasing Activity," where you can review it and run the screening.
3. The data from the application rapidly returns a screening report and recommendation.

When you approve the application, the lease documents are generated in a ready-to-sign format.

How it works - Rental Address™ website

1. First, call 866-266-7483 and activate Apply Now.
2. The button will appear on your community website automatically.

How it works - Non-integrated website

1. First, call 866-266-7483 and activate Apply Now.
2. Log-in to your account.
3. In the browser address bar, copy and paste this link: https://www.on-site.com/reports/onlineapps.html
4. You will see a report listing all of your communities, and the links to each community's online application.
5. On your website, add the link. Your html code should look like this:

Putting the link in an email or ad

1. First, call 866-266-7483 and activate Apply Now.
2. Log-in to your account.
3. In the browser address bar, copy and paste this link: https://www.on-site.com/reports/onlineapps.html
4. You will see a report listing all of your communities, and the links to each community's online application.
5. Copy and paste the link into an email to your applicant, or into your ad.

If you don't have a website

1. Ask your applicant to go to On-Site's home page and click the Apply Now! button in the upper right corner of the home page.
2. Your applicant will select your community and be automatically linked to your online application.

If you use Vaultware

1. First, call 866-266-7483 and activate Apply Now.
2. Log-in to your account.
3. In the browser address bar, copy and paste this link: https://www.on-site.com/reports/onlineapps.html
4. You will see a report listing all of your communities, and the links to each community's online application.
5. Log into your Vaultware account and select On-Site.com as your screening provider.
6. Enter your community's On-Site ID.
7. Where you are asked to enter your "application form", paste your community's link.
