An apartment owner for three decades on the West coast, he realized the connective power of the internet could combine with smart, specialized software to deliver the information and automation the multifamily industry sorely needs.

Tom co-founded On-Site in Silicon Valley with the goal of creating tools to manage his own real estate portfolio more efficiently. This owner’s perspective drove On-Site’s direction and focus on usability as the technology gained a wider audience. The company’s flagship product became the fastest growing resident-screening service in the country, and is now the industry standard for online leasing.

Tom graduated from Duke University in electrical engineering, teaches college classes on entrepreneurship and real estate investment and has been a featured speaker at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

The company has maintained a start-up mentality of pushing innovation even as it has grown to be a market leader. Multi-Housing News selected On-Site as a finalist for its First Annual Green Initiative Awards and its readership voted On-Site as Top Resident Screening System in the Technology Choice Awards in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Jake built the company’s presence on the East coast from its office in New York City, now one of On-Site’s most successful markets. Jake is a board member of the Housing Industry Foundation in the San Francisco Bay Area, has spoken on multifamily technology at the Apartment Internet Marketing and National Credit Reporting Association conferences, is a contributor and resource for industry periodicals such as units and Multifamily Executive, is a featured panelist on Multifamily Real Estate Roundtable discussions hosted by UBS and Bank of America/Merill Lynch, and was selected as the official blogger of the National Apartment Association.

He graduated from Duke University with degrees in English and Business. Jake currently divides his time between the Silicon Valley and New York City.

Under Scott’s direction, On-Site was awarded a patent for On-Site's unique integration of built-in documents into the resident application and leasing process. The company has several other patents pending.

Scott previously co-founded Izio Coroporation, a web-based e-learning platform for university courses. As Directory of Engineering, Scott scaled the platform to be used by students and professors at 200 universities nationwide.

Scott holds a master's degree from Stanford University, where he studied mechanical engineering and computer science. As an undergraduate, Scott competed in men’s varsity swimming, winning the NCAA Team Championship in 1994, achieving All-American and Academic All-American Honors, serving as co-captain during his senior year.

Josh was previously a regional sales manager for On-Site overseeing Seattle and Portland, where he achieved record-setting results. Prior to On-Site, Josh worked at Turner Broadcasting, SeattleTimes.com and The Apartment Guide Magazine. He is a graduate of Western Washington University.

Under Josh’s direction, On-Site has expanded to become one of the country’s largest technology providers, servicing the managers of several million apartment units. In addition to leading the sales team, Josh represents On-Site at both local and national apartment associations, including the National Multi Housing Council, National Apartment Association and Institute of Real Estate Management.

In his role, David is responsible for the accounting, human resources, tax, corporate development, investor relations and risk management of the corporation.

Before joining On-Site, he previously worked in similar roles with various wholesale distribution and manufacturing technology companies.

David is a graduate of San Jose State University who holds both a bachelors degree in Accounting and a masters of science in taxation. He has been a certified public accountant in California since 1990.
